Unlike the other guys we openly advertise our prices. We also do not hike-up your rate as soon as your first months “introductory rate” expires. You can count on our rates remaining constant for the calendar year, they do not change on a daily basis depending on customer interest and facility capacity (a dirty little secret commonly practiced in the storage business).
So, why MAXI-storage? In addition to our facilities many amenities, we cost less than half the price of mini storage when compared on a square foot basis. As a matter of fact, our largest unit bills out at just $0.48/square foot! That’s a quarter of the average mini storage price!!!!! So, GO MAXI, NOT mini.
